Connections between organisations and individuals according to EGRUL data

An analysis of the list of companies connected with the search for Korolkova Elena Evgenievna (INN 690900102062, town of Kashin, Tver Oblast). The material has been compiled from open information of the EGRUL and EGRIP registers obtained through counterparty-checking services; the data snapshot is 8 October 2026.

What can be seen overall

The analysis covers 21 organisations and 48 individuals. The picture that emerged is as follows: six organisations have been wound up, and of those three were removed from the EGRUL register not through an ordinary liquidation but because the information about them was found to be unreliable. A further three are in the process of liquidation, four are active, and one — “Nerudplus” — has been declared bankrupt.

Almost all of the organisations involve a small circle of people who take turns to hold the positions of director and liquidator. Shares and positions are quite often re-registered just a few months before a company is closed.

Two geographic clusters

An INN tax number is issued by the territorial tax inspectorate, so the place of issue is a stable indicator visible in the numbers themselves. For 28 of the 48 individuals the region where the INN was issued could be established, and they clearly gather into two clusters — the rest are distributed across Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Murmansk Oblast and Yaroslavl Oblast.

Twelve of the twenty-eight individuals whose region is known form two compact nodes in two oblasts. For the fourteen organisations scattered across Moscow addresses, such a concentration proves nothing in itself, but it explains where the people for the positions came from: they were not recruited through the labour market but looked for within their own circle.

The family group

Three individuals bear the surname Korolkov, and all three are registered in Kashin, Tver Oblast:

• Korolkova Elena Evgenievna (Korolkova Elena Evgenievna) (INN 690900102062, town of Kashin, Tver Oblast) — the person wanted. Holder of a 100% share in OOO “Tsentrostroy” (OOO “Tsentrstroy”), and its director until 25.10.2022.
• Korolkova Irina Evgenievna (Korolkova Irina Evgenievna) (INN 690900203007, town of Kashin, Tver Oblast) — holder of a 60% share in OOO “Nerudplyus” (OOO “Nerudplus”).
• Korolkov Dmitry Viktorovich (Korolkov Dmitry Viktorovich) (INN 690900153003, town of Kashin, Tver Oblast) — owner of OOO “Smartnerud” (OOO “Smartnerud”) and former owner of OOO “ZhD-Logistika” (OOO “ZhD-Logistika”).

The same group also includes Murashkina Nataliya Romanovna (Murashkina Nataliya Romanovna) (INN 780731584305, city of Saint Petersburg) — a daughter, and Osipov Pavel Nikolaevich (Osipov Pavel Nikolaevich) (INN 504019054000, town of Zhukovsky, Moscow Oblast) — a son-in-law. Both have headed organisations from the list: Murashkina headed OOO “Inert-Opt” (OOO “Inert-Opt”), Osipov headed OOO “Torg-Inert” (OOO “Torg-Inert”), and he currently heads the active OOO “Garantstroy” (OOO “Garantstroy”).

Family relationships between these people are not reflected in the EGRUL register — the register records only positions and shares. Information about kinship is therefore given as information provided by the publisher, not as a register entry.

Names are given in full, together with the INN tax number and the place where it was issued — this makes it possible to see how the individuals are distributed across territories. The Russian spelling of every name is preserved as it appears in the register, with a Latin transliteration added in italics.

Seals of organisations seized during a search

During a search seals of organisations were seized: nine — in a cardboard box and three — in a transparent plastic sleeve, twelve in total. Reference to the case materials: volume 13, page 41.

The significance of this circumstance is that the EGRUL register records only formal roles — who appears as director and founder. A seal, however, means physical access to the management of an organisation: without it one cannot sign a contract, issue an invoice, or prepare shipping documents. Eight of the twelve seized seals belong to organisations that are in any case included in the list compiled from the register data.

How to check for yourself

• EGRUL — search by the organisation’s INN: directors, participants, address, records that information is unreliable;
• “Transparent Business” — arrears, tax regime, disqualified directors;
• FSSP database of enforcement proceedings — debts of the organisation;
• Commercial court case file — litigation and recovery claims;
• “Fedresurs” — bankruptcy notices and other legally significant notices;
• Unified Register of Inspections — information about inspections by supervisory authorities.
