Korolkova Elena Evgenievna is accused of committing fraud on an especially large scale. She has been placed under arrest in absentia and is evading the investigative authorities.
She is the beneficiary (actual owner, manager, and ultimate beneficial owner) of the following entities:
1. LLC "Centerstroy" (INN 7709917431) – General Director and owner: Korolkova Elena Evgenievna.
2. LLC "Nerudplus" (INN 7704512248) – Nominal (nominee) General Director and owner: Korolkova Irina Evgenievna.
3. LLC "Inert-Opt" (INN 9709047750) – Nominal Director and founder: Murashkina Natalia Romanovna.
4. LLC "Torg-Inert" (INN 9704022656) – Nominal Director and founder: Osipov Pavel Nikolaevich.
5. LLC "Nerudnaya Kompaniya Lider" (LLC "NK Lider") (INN 7702443609) – The nominal founder and manager was Mikhailov Alexey Vyacheslavovich. Subsequently, the nominal owner became Nikiforov Alexander Sergeevich, while Mikhailov A.V. remained as nominal manager.
6. LLC "Promyshlennaya Kompaniya 'Ferrum Trade'" (LLC PK FerrumTrade, formerly LLC "SOK") (INN 9723114831) – Nominal Director and founder: Ermakova Daria Aleksandrovna.
7. LLC "ZhD-Logistika" (INN 9724060410) – Nominal General Director and owner: Korolkov Dmitry Viktorovich.
8. LLC "TsS" (LLC "Centerstroy") (INN 9728060523) – Nominal General Director and owner: Baltser Marina Vladimirovna.
9. LLC "TLK" (LLC "TRANSPORTNAYA LOGISTICHESKAYA KOMPANIYA" – Transport Logistics Company) (INN 5040189778) – Nominal General Director and owner: Protsishen Sergey Mikhailovich.
10. LLC "Smartnerud" (INN 9718079187) – Nominal General Director and owner: Korolkov Dmitry Viktorovich.
All of the above-mentioned companies are engaged in the supply of crushed stone to JSC "Russian Railways" (RZD), JSC "BetElTrans", JSC "RZD-Stroy", and other major Russian enterprises.
