Official sources and independent verification
Korolkova Elena Evgenievna, born 28 July 1973, is accused under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, has been placed under arrest in absentia, declared internationally wanted and is wanted by the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the City of Moscow.
Information about her whereabouts can be reported by telephone to +7 (499) 320-55-17, +7 (499) 320-55-16, 102 or 112.
How to verify the wanted notice yourself
- Open the official wanted database of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs: MVD of Russia — wanted database, and find the search form at the bottom of the page (the site is in Russian).
- Fill in the fields marked with an asterisk:
- Surname — Korolkova;
- First name — Elena;
- Patronymic — Evgenievna. The field is optional, but fill it in: the search is more precise;
- Year of birth — select 1973 from the list. This field is required. Month and day are separate lists and are optional.
- Enter your e-mail address — this field is required. The result is generated automatically and sent to the address you provide; it is not displayed on the page. Check your spam folder.
- Set the range. The picture shows two numbers, for example 1-37. Drag the slider handles so that its bounds match those numbers exactly — this is the check that you are not a robot. If the numbers are hard to read, click refresh. Then press the search button.
- In the reply you receive, check the surname, first name, patronymic, year of birth, the article of the Criminal Code and the authority conducting the search. The site does not create a permanent link to the record — the data is available only through the search, so a saved screenshot remains the only way to record the result.
If the data is displayed, the person is still on the wanted list as at the date of the check. This is exactly the output from the official website of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs that we publish. In the screenshot below the search result reads “Found: 1” — one record found.

International wanted status
Korolkova E. E. is wanted internationally. This is confirmed by the materials of the criminal case and by the response of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation.
There is no publicly accessible record for her in INTERPOL’s open notices database. Some notices are not published openly, and the decision to place a person on the international wanted list is taken within the criminal proceedings. The absence of a public notice therefore cannot be treated as proof that the person is not internationally wanted: the investigating authority can confirm or disprove it.
What the Ministry of Internal Affairs states about the database
The following wording appears on MVD of Russia — wanted database (translated from Russian):
“Information about persons on the wanted list is published on the internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and is removed by decision of investigative bodies, bodies of inquiry and judicial bodies.”
“The database contains information only about those persons whose search is conducted in the established manner using the mass media.”
The practical meaning: while the data is displayed in the database, the search is ongoing, and it can be removed only by decision of an investigative body, a body of inquiry or a court. This is the same official mechanism that the media use when publishing wanted notices.

We publish only the information about the person that appears in the official wanted database of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs: surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, the article of the charge, the authority conducting the search and photographs from the official source. In addition we provide a list of legal entities with their INN numbers, so that anyone can run a check in the official registries, together with the requisites of the criminal case that have been agreed for publication with the investigation.
We do not publish information about persons who are not accused or wanted, and we do not assert that anyone is guilty: guilt is established only by a court judgment that has entered into legal force.
